Four Signs of Aging related to Heart Disease



Receding hairline at temples  (baldness at temples)
Baldness at the head's crown
earlobe crease and
yellow fatty acid deposits around the eyelids (xanthelasmata)

Three of the four signs present above can increase risk of heart attack by 57% and heart disease by 39%.

This observation was made in a presention in a conference on 6 November 2012

Add Years to Life by Exercising



You can add 1.8 years to your expected life by brisk walking 75 minutes every week. You can even do weekend walking.

Do it for 450 minutes a week and you can add 4.5 years to expected life. Remember this is in addition to normal expected life which is around 60+ in many countries.
